Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy

If you purchase any ExamVision product and experience any difficulties using it, we ask that you contact the Evident office within thirty days of receiving the product. Then provided that you have given Evident every opportunity to solve your problem and if you are still not happy even if it takes longer than the 30 days to try to resolve, we will refund you any monies paid for the product on its return.

Extended Warranty

All ExamVision loupes and lights come with an extended 5 year warranty. This warranty is against all manufacturing defects which might manifest within five years. Replaceable parts, such as batteries, nosepads and temple tips are not covered. Please also note, the warranty does not cover excessive wear and tear or accidental breakage.
